There are no returns on any custom embroidered items. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit within 30 days.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT Hyla F?

We ship all over the United States through the US Postal Service as well as Internationally. If you require a specific post carrier please contact us for arrangement.

Delivery Schedule:

Our typical lead time for a custom embroidery is 2 weeks but may vary depending on time of year (get your holiday orders in early!). Please contact us directly for any rush order requests and we will work with you to meet a deadline if feasible.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

Yes, please contact us to arrange as it cannot be done through our regular online checkout procedure. International Orders will be handled individually and customer will be notified of approximate shipping dates.

HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we cannot return or exchange custom orders, because they are made specifically for you! If you have any issue with an embroidery or product, please contact us directly.
