Hyla Frank does not offer returns on any items sold. We offer store credit, web credit, or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days accompanied by a receipt. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit within 30 days. Kindly note that Hyla Frank does not offer credit, or accept exchanges or refunds on custom or customized orders. All deposits on custom, customized orders and repairs are non-refundable.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON HylaF.com?

We ship all over the United States as well as Internationally. To ensure the secure delivery ofyour order, Hyla Frak does not ship orders to post office boxes. Hyla Frank is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

Delivery Schedule:

Items in stock can be shipped immediately. Unless contacted, items not in stock will regularly take the following production schedule (does not include shipping time)

Custom Embroidery Orders are 4 - 6 weeks.

Embroidery Schedule:

Please allow an additional 10 business days for delivery of embroidered items.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

Yes, please contact us to arrange as it cannot be done through our regular online checkout procedure. International Orders will be handled individually and customer will be notified of approximate shipping dates.
